Cancellation Policy for our Tours or Services

Cancelling a booking with Spainify Tours results in cancellation fees, as outlined below. When canceling any booking you will be notified via email of the successful cancellation and cancellation fees incurres.
If you have confirmed a tour during high season (March through October & Christmas season) we operate a strict no refund policy for cancellations made within fourteen (14) days of the tour/service date.
All cancellations are subject to an administrative fee of 25% of the total tour/service fees.
During low season, cancellations must be made 14 days before reservation.
For tours/services booked last minute (7 days or less) before the tour, no refunds will be given.
Cancellation must be made within the established deadline before the service. No partial refunds will be given.
Cancellations must be communicated via e-mail at info@spainify.com. You will be notified via email of the successful cancellation and cancellation fees incurred. If you donĀ“t receive a response, your cancellation is not valid. Please call us or send a text or WhatsApp message (+34 603162494), during office hours if you do not receive any response.

If the tour or service will be cancelled by Spainify Tours due to bad weather on less people in group, then all money will be refunded in three day after the exact tour/service.
Spainify Tours has right to cancel the tour/service 24 hours before the action.
The cancellation info will be sent to the customer’s e-mail by Spainify Tours 24 h before.


There are no partial refunds, for whatever reason, once a tour has commenced. So if you need to clear things, call us as soon as possible. We will not consider refund requests after a service has been completed.
Full and partial refunds are only offered at the discretion of the management.
